Henry worked at Sander Giesen Architekten (Netherlands) during his studies and graduated from the University of the Free State in 2003. He worked at Glam Architects and Urban Planners (Richards Bay) and BILD Architects (Pretoria) between 2004 & 2006. After joining Boogertman & Partners as design and project Architect in 2006; he was promoted to Associate in 2009. Henry is fortunate to have acted as lead architect in a wide range of projects from government based institutional projects to large scale commercial developments, gaining experience in all aspects of the architectural field and managing projects from design to completion as large as R600 million in value. River Walk Office park was recognized by the PIA and was awarded an Honorable Mention for Architecture [2010]
He has also gained expertise in green building design and was lead architect in various PPP and commercial projects incorporating green building aspects. One such project is the Department of Environmental affairs and tourism (PPP) which was designed to meet a 5 Star GBCSA rating. (Project value R900 million)

Ryan Patrick Pettey [born August 5, 1981] is one of the co-founding members of Studio mhr Architects. After completing his thesis in sustainable architecture he graduated cum Laude from the University of Pretoria with a Master of Architecture in 2004. He wrote his professional exam and registered as a Professional Architect in 2006.
Since qualifying Ryan has had a career at Dimension Studio Architects where he worked as a Technical and Project Management Architect for two years before joining Boogertman + Partners Architects. He joined the firm as a Design Architect where he adopted the philosophy of, the smallest part conveys the truth of the whole.
During his career at Boogertman + Partners, Konya Pavilion was recognized by the PIA and was awarded an Honorable Mention for Architecture [2009].
Ryan enjoys the outdoors and has a keen interest in nature, photograph and autonomous design.
